Users and roles
Invite
Section titled “Invite”In Users → Invite by link (Usuários → Convidar por link), choose the role and generate the link. Send it to the person: when they open it, they create an account (or sign in with the one they already have) and become part of the organization. The link is valid for a limited time.

Per-project access
Section titled “Per-project access”A role applies to the whole organization — unless you restrict the person to some projects. That way a contractor sees and deploys only their own project.
